They are loaded with fresh, living nutrients that support your health, protect your body, and help you thrive.

In a world full of ultra-processed foods with hard-to-pronounce ingredients, sprouts offer a simple, natural alternative—grown right on your counter.

🌿 Benefits of Growing Sprouts:

  • Superb nutrition – fresh, living food every day
  • Convenience – ready in 1–2 days, right in your kitchen
  • Cost-effective – buy seeds in bulk and save
  • Fun for all ages – watch the miracle of life unfold

Whether feeding a growing child, living a busy life, or looking for easy nutrition in your golden years—sprouting fits every lifestyle.

Why Choose the Sprout Haus?

Yes, it’s made of plastic – but it’s reusable, long-lasting, and designed with safety in mind.

Invented by Tony Hornick, the Sprout Haus was created to solve the problems older sprouting methods faced—especially mold. In traditional systems, seeds sat in water too long. Tony’s design keeps beans above the water, preventing spoilage and ensuring healthy growth.

Thoughtfully Designed:

  • No corners for bacteria to hide
  • No soggy seeds—they stay fresh and breathe
  • No mold worries—clean and safe sprouting

🌿 How to Use Your Hydroponic Sprout Grower

For Mung Beans:

  1. Add 3–4 tablespoons of mung beans to the stainless steel screen.
  2. No soaking needed! Just rinse the beans under cold running water.
  3. Spread them evenly over the screen and remove any broken or damaged seeds.
  4. Fill the plastic base with just enough water but NOT touch the bottom of the beans.
    • You may need to gently press down the center of the screen so it sits flat.
  5. Do not submerge the beans—they should rest above the water, not in it.
  6. Place the dome lid loosely over the top.
    • Do not snap it down tightly—sprouts need airflow.

For Smaller Seeds (like radish or broccoli):

  • Pre-soak overnight to allow them to swell before spreading on the screen.
  • Then follow the same steps as above.
