Mung Bean Salad
Simple and Easy! 
Steps and Ingredients are as follows; 
2 c sprouted mung beans 
1 onion finely chopped
1 tomato finely chopped
1 green chili finely chopped
Boiled potato cubed
1 tbls coriander leaves
1/4 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp lemon juice
Mix Well. Serves 1 
Quickest Breakfast or evening snack! 
Eat immediately or refrigerate.
