Garbanzos (Chickpeas) and Peanut Butter

Ingredients

2 cups chopped tomatoes

2 medium diced onions

2 tsp. salt

1 bay leaf

3 cups sprouted garbanzos

1/2 cup tomato sauce

1/3 cup chunky peanut butter dissolved in 1/2 cup water

Rice of choice

 

Directions

Simmer 15-20 minutes, serve over rice.
