Sprouted Lentil Dip

*Red, green or yellow lentils can be used

This dip is a great appetizer and snack. Delicious served on rice crackers for a gluten free option or on thin crackers.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of sprouted lentils
  • ¼ cup of olive oil
  • 1 large white onion finely chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic finely chopped
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Cayenne pepper flakes or hot sauce (optional for those looking for a spicier dip)

 

How to prepare:

Sprout beans for 24-36 hours.

Add ingredients to blender and blend. Add oil little by little to obtain desired consistency.
