Sprouted Mung Bean and Cucumber Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of sprouted mung beans
  • 1 cup of cucumber, chopped and unpeeled
  • Ice cubes
  • Water

 

How to prepare:

  • Put both sprouts and cucumber in a blender and add water until ingredients are cover.
  • Add 2-3 ice cubes and blend.

 

  1. This smoothie is incredibly quick and easy and it is packed with nutrients (enzymes, protein and it is low in calories)
  2. Tweak the recipe to your own taste by adding kale or orange.
