2 cups of frozen berries (we recommend raspberries or blueberries. If using cranberries, we recommend using just one cup and adding a cup of a sweeter berry)
*Fresh fruit can also be used but add in a half a cup of ice for each cup of fresh fruit
1 cup of milk (or yogurt if a thicker consistency is desired)
1 tsp of natural vanilla extract
¼ of kale sprouts (alfalfa sprouts or any other leafy sprout can be used)
