Sprouted Chickpea Hummus

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of frozen berries (we recommend raspberries or blueberries. If using cranberries, we recommend using just one cup and adding a cup of a sweeter berry)

* Fresh fruit can also be used but add in a half a cup of ice for each cup of fresh fruit

  • 1 cup of milk (or yogurt if a thicker consistency is desired)
  • 1 tsp of natural vanilla extract
  • ΒΌ of kale sprouts (alfalfa sprouts or any other leafy sprout can be used)
  • 1 tbs of maple syrup or honey

How to prepare:

Just blend!
